Spray dryer for detergent powder
The detergent powder spray dryer is an industrial equipment used to convert a laundry detergent solution containing surfactants, whitening agents, fragrances and other ingredients into dry powdered laundry detergent. This equipment usually uses spray drying technology to atomize the solution into fine droplets, and then use hot air to evaporate the water in the droplets to obtain a dry granular product.

The laundry detergent spray drying process is an industrial production process that converts a laundry detergent solution containing active ingredients into dry powder. This process usually includes the following key steps:
1.Solution preparation: First, the various components of the washing powder, such as surfactants, whitening agents, spices, stabilizers, etc., need to be mixed and dissolved in water in a certain proportion to form a uniform solution.
2.Atomization: Spray the prepared solution into the drying tower through an atomizer. Atomizers can be centrifugal, pressure or airflow. Their function is to disperse the solution into fine droplets to increase the surface area and accelerate the evaporation of water.
3.Hot air drying: The inside of the drying tower provides a heat source through a hot air circulation system to heat the atomized droplets so that the water in the droplets evaporates quickly. The temperature and flow rate of hot air need to be adjusted according to the properties of the solution and drying requirements.
4.Particle formation: As water evaporates, the droplets gradually condense and solidify into fine particles. These particles flow with hot air inside the drying tower and continue drying until the required moisture content is reached.
5.Separation and collection: The dried laundry powder particles are separated from the hot air through equipment such as cyclone separator or bag dust collector, and are collected. These particles are the finished laundry detergent.
6.Cooling and Packaging: Collected laundry detergent granules may require further cooling to lower the temperature and prevent clumping. The cooled laundry detergent granules are transported to the packaging area for weighing and packaging.
